Chest Exercise Decline Bench Press

 

Decline Chest Press 

The exercise focuses on the upper pectoral muscles.  Simply grasp the bar with an overhand grip and your arms spread at a comfortable distance. Inhale as you lower the bar towards your body making sure you stay in control at all time. Then proceeding to exhale push and press the bar away from yourself to the starting position. Please take notice that you will need a friend to help you if you are training with heavy weights.
