Best 3 YouTube Channels for Fitness Videos

As a fitness trainer, my main goal is to help people work out hard and safe at the same time. In other words, I want to teach you exactly what you need to do to lose fat and build muscle but, perhaps most importantly, I want you to learn in a way that doesn’t cause injury to your body.

I also realize that I can’t be with my clients every workout session. This means that you need to have the tools to succeed when you’re in the comfort of your own home or sweating it out by yourself at the gym.

To help make sure you are getting good training in this situation, YouTube can often help. There are literally thousands of videos available on various channels that can teach you not only what exercises to do for a solid workout, but how to do them properly.

These are my top three picks:

#1: BeFit

BeFit offers free videos by top names like Jillian Michaels, Denise Austin, Billy Blanks, and more. They even have 30-day and 6-week programs that you can watch, giving you everything you need to get yourself in shape—the right way.

#2: Fitness Blender

Fitness Blender has almost 2 million subscribers and, once you go to their channel, it is easy to see why. In addition to individual exercise videos, they also offer full-length workout videos and entire programs. They even offer tips on nutritious foods, healthy recipes and more! You can find most anything related to fitness on their site, which is what earns them a slot on this top three list.

#3: Alon Gabbay

If your fitness goal is to become more of a body builder, this is the fitness channel for you. Not only does Alon Gabbay share secrets about how to get a rock solid, professional body building workout, but he also provides recipes meant to fuel your muscles—earning him over 11 million views.

Well, these are my top three picks. What YouTube fitness channels do you prefer?
