Strawberry fool

The recipe is easy to follow and ready in minutes, a wonderful summer or spring dessert. Gluten, wheat and nut free!

Recipe serves 4 persons.


  • 4 large Strawberries
  • 30g Meringue pieces
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp Berry Coulis
  • 3 tbsp Custard or creme pastry


  1. Layer each of these ingredients apart from the cream into a large flute, make three layers
  2. The final layer
  3. Cover with whipped fresh cream and place fresh strawberries on top
  4. Finish with fresh washed mint leaves
