The recipe is easy to follow and ready in minutes, a wonderful summer or spring dessert. Gluten, wheat and nut free!
Recipe serves 4 persons.
- 4 large Strawberries
- 30g Meringue pieces
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 3 tbsp Berry Coulis
- 3 tbsp Custard or creme pastry
- Layer each of these ingredients apart from the cream into a large flute, make three layers
- The final layer
- Cover with whipped fresh cream and place fresh strawberries on top
- Finish with fresh washed mint leaves
