Short intensity, best workouts !

Workouts should be short and straight to the point, no messing around, in and out! don’t give your mind the chance to bail you out !

Using methods like interval training and high intensity workouts, these develop your mind and body in more than one way. In  a recent survey which was conducted with steroid biochemistry and molecular biology, they found a profound difference with 49% raised cortisol levels post exercise.

Cortisol can cannibalise the muscles, if you train for too long or if  you forget to  eat protein post workout.

So keep it short if you want to gain muscle mass!
