The Hi-Impact plates are slightly thicker than the traditional bumper plates (34mm – 98mm). Tested to a higher drop rate they are more durable and provide a more stable lifting platform even with lower weights on the bar.

I ordered this, it was brilliant to start of and i gave it to my son to improve his football skills as said in the description of the item. After a couple weeks he was seeming to get better however he always thought that the ball was at his feet and it would keep coming back this led to his team losing all 5 recent games on sunday.
