Now place your hands behind your head or simply cross them on your chest. The next step is inhaling deeply. Next, lift your upper torso off the floor and exhale. Inhaling as you come back down and exhaling as you come up is what you need to do. Try and start with doing 10 a day and then work your way up from there.
Don’t worry. You don’t need to invest in an actual bicycle for this one. This is another workout that can help you burn belly fat and strengthen your core. To begin, lie down on the ground and put your hands behind your head as you would during crunches. Now, lift both your legs and then bend them at your knees.
Now bring your right knee closer to your chest and keep your left leg away. Do the same to your left leg and keep the right leg away. You’ll start moving your legs in a motion that’s similar to paddling a bicycle. Try and do this for at least 30 seconds a day and then increase the interval from there.
Lunges not only help you burn fat but they're also beneficial when it comes to giving you toned legs. First, stand up with your legs hip width apart and slightly bend your knees. Lift your hands in front of you. Make sure to keep your hands parallel to the ground and align them with your shoulders. Lunge and take a big step forward using your right leg.
Now sit as if you're sitting on a chair. In this position, your knees would be making a 90 angle with the floor. The left leg is to be positioned backward and supported by the toes. Also, make sure not to bend your spine. Twist your torso to the right first and then to the left. After this come back up and lunge forward with your left leg. Repeat this 15 times for effective results by getting rid of belly fat.
Stomach vacuum exercise
This exercise places greater pressure on breathing compared to numerous other exercises. To do this, position yourself on the ground, like a cat, going down on all fours. Your hands and knees should support your body. Inhale deeply, filling yourself with air and then exhaled while tightening your core. Stay in this position for 30 secs and repeat it several times a day.
