I ordered this, it was brilliant to start of and i gave it to my son to improve his football skills as said in the description of the item. After a couple weeks he was seeming to get better however he always thought that the ball was at his feet and it would keep coming back this led to his team losing all 5 recent games on sunday.

These resistant band exercise charts are very good. Clearly displayed photo's showing exactly how to do the various workouts make it easy to follow.
