I bought two of the FH Harness Speed Power Training to use for my ladies rugby training. They have got a lot of use from them. The product is durable and and can be used for many different exercises. The price of ?14.99 is very reasonable and the cheapest online that I could find. I am very happy with this product.

I ordered this, it was brilliant to start of and i gave it to my son to improve his football skills as said in the description of the item. After a couple weeks he was seeming to get better however he always thought that the ball was at his feet and it would keep coming back this led to his team losing all 5 recent games on sunday.
