MFBOX Fitness Plyo Box is ideal for home fitness training for Multifunctional Home strength and plyometrics training. You can use the MFBOX in many ways, not only as a platform to complete explosive box jumps, but also as a solid wooden structure that can replicate a commercial gym bench. Which means you are able to use barbells, kettlebells, or dumbbells to complete hundreds of different exercises.
The MFBOX design is a new high spec creation that can be used for a range of training programs and exercises. The fitness box provides a durable platform suitable for high-impact workouts( indoors or outdoors). This Multifunctional design is a space-saving solution for home workouts perfect for box jumps, step-ups, box squats, bench press, and HIIT workouts. The design of the box enables an added benefit where you can use our own FHSX Band Set which can be added to the box for resistance training sessions.
