Premium Standard weights rubber weight plates have an easy tri-grip disc design that will allow for a quick change over with the  2 inches (50mm) insert holes when adjusting your lifting weight on a barbell or plate loading machine


The rubber material coasting the cast iron plate allows absorption when dropping to stop the weights from damage and the inner ring is compatible with 2-inch Olympic barbell bars 

These weighted plates will fit onto any Olympic bar, machine, or attachment. The plates are of a high, durable quality rubber suitable for commercial and home gym use. 

FH Tri-Grip rubber weighted plates have an easy tri-grip disc design that will allow for a quick change over when adjusting weights

    I ordered this, it was brilliant to start of and i gave it to my son to improve his football skills as said in the description of the item.
