Plus, you can get a complete full body workout with them which means that your travel plans won’t derail your workouts no matter where you go.
Suspension Training Systems – Just as resistance bands are compact and easy to travel with, the same is true with suspension training systems. All you need is a door to anchor it to (which is easy enough to find) and you have the benefit of a bodyweight workout at your disposal.
Shoes – Even if you forget to pack your resistance bands or suspension training system, it is highly likely that you have a pair of athletic shoes in your travel bag. Not only is walking, jogging, or running a great way to stay in shape when you’re in foreign lands, but it is also a great way to see the sights and experience the culture up close. Just make sure to scout out your path beforehand so that you can be sure to stay in safe areas.
