1. Breathing

Deep and long breathing has always been vital with life and fitness. Good breathing exercises can be beneficial in so many ways, science has shown that people whom breath deeper and fewer breaths per minute are much healthier and tend to live  longer than people who breath more rapid and short breathes.

Fitness can increase serotonin levels in your body. Serotonin is the feel good neurotransmitter that is synthesized, stored, and released from specific neurons in the brain. High levels of serotonin can be helpful fighting depression, panic attacks, insomnia, obesity and anxiety.

4.Nutrition

Food is the most important part of life. We need to eat food in order for our body to function properly. Much like a car or body works in the same way, you need to put fuel in the system regularly so that the engine can keep working. Carbohydrates are the main food source with the body burns to produce energy.
