Fried Mushroom, spinach and egg whites

Egg whites are a great option for people who want to eat healthy but are not sure what to eat. Egg whites are high in protein and low in fat, which makes them a great option for people who are trying to lose weight.

Egg whites also have a lot of vitamins and minerals that make them an excellent source of nutrients.

This fried mushroom, spinach and egg whites is a great breakfast idea that is perfect for those days when you have a busy morning ahead of you.

Egg whites with spinach and mushrooms simple recipe no prep needed, as I used bulk eggs whites.

All the ingredients you need :

3 cups full fresh spinach

2 cups chopped mushrooms 

2 cup egg whites 

Method

Just place the pan on high heat chopped some mushrooms and threw in a pan spinach 🍃and mushrooms 🍄 first then a splash of 🍶balsamic vinegar and seasoning. 

once cooked (4 minutes) tipped them on a plate and place the pan back on high heat added butter once melted added 🥚egg whites from the bottle, cooking for a further 3 minutes keep stirring, once again add seasoning to egg then ready to serve , placed on the plate for breakfast 🍳
