Fitness Health’s Top 5 Protein Bars

1. YouBar

YouBar is an online site that allows you to create your very own custom protein bars. As soon as you get to the site you are given the option to start creating your own bar. There are ten steps: the base, protein powders, nuts and seeds, dried fruits and berries, sweeteners, seasonings chocolates and other tasty additions, grains and cereals, infusions, reviewing your bar, and finally naming your bar. Almost all these ingredients are organic and natural. YouBar gives you the ability to create and see exactly what you are putting in your body, making this my top choice. The only downfall of YouBar is that they are pretty expensive so if you are tight on cash this may not be the best option.

2. Pure Bars

Certified organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan, Pure Bars provide completely clean and balanced nutrition in an appealing and totally delicious bar. Made with only simple, real ingredients, Pure Bar will nurture your body, mind, and spirit. These are by far the best tasting bars on this list. Pure Bars high quality mixes of ingredients are absolutely delicious.

3. Kind Bars

Kind Bars are all natural whole nut and fruit bars made from ingredients you can see and pronounce and it’s also a movement that gives “new purpose to snacking”. Kind Bars seem to focus more on dates and nuts more than any of the other bars, which make them unique, but they still taste delicious. The bars are smaller but also very filling.

4. Rickland Orchards Bars

Rickland Orchards Bars are all about the numerous health benefits of Greek yogurt. Most of there bars only contain four or five organic ingredients. These wholesome ingredients like granola and fruit toped off with a Greek yogurt to create a delicious and different truly healthy protein bar. I really like this bar because of the Greek Yogurt use. I hardly see any bars that use Greek Yogurt as an ingredient. Even if you don’t like the taste of Greek yogurt plain this bar makes it work. Rickland Orchards bards are phenomenal.

5. NuGo Slim Bars

I chose this last bar for their focus on artificial sweeteners. All the bars on this list contain no artificial sweeteners, but NuGo Slim bars really place a focus on only natural sweeteners and no sugar alcohols. They use only organic gluten free ingredients to create a healthy bar; and it is sweetened naturally with a dietary fiber, chicory root and delicious dark chocolate.
