CrossFit Workout 5

Duration - 20 min - ( + 5 minutes warm up and cool down ) 

Target - Total body muscle training 

Fitness level - Intermediate / advanced

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout. 

Equipment - Kettlebell

Workout 5:
Exercise: 3 rounds REPS Rest
1-Running 400m 0
2-Kettlebell Swings 20 reps 0
3-Pullups 10 reps 0-30secs
