Postage information shipping policy services


Services we use 



Service expected 5-10 working Days - 2-3 Pick and pack service using of Royal Mail service 2nd class notification once the item shipped. 

5 to 7 working days :

This service will be shipped on average between 1 and 3 working days. The customer will receive this notification once the item is shipped. They should then expect the item to arrive 3 to 4 days later. 

Hermes Standard

Our Hermes service is standard and will take between 3-6 working days to arrive with the customer. The weight limit is normally up to 10kg for this service.

Royal Mail 48 / Tracked 48 up to 20kg 

Tracked 48 Services will be dispatched on the day of purchase before 2 p.m. Anytime after this it will move on to the following day. Orders should be received from 2 to 3 working days from order placing. 

Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 24 up to 20kg 

This service is shipped out on the day of purchase before 2 p.m. The items will be received within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. 

Next day - Tracked {UKmail} 

This service is shipped out on the day of purchase before 2 p.m. These items should arrive next working day. We use DPD package UK. 

Overseas International orders :

For estimated delivery on international postage days please view below 

North America 7-13 days

South America 14-20 days

Asia 10 -17 days

European 5-7 days 

Worldwide 20 days 

All International deliveries will take longer. We use the Royal Mail international post for all items. Insurance is not included in the international posting price. If you require insurance please contact us at [email protected]

Please note :

Oversized items like treadmills/benches/rowers etc will not be offered under our shipping services on the website these services vary to location. Please send an email to [email protected] to check availability of items and prices for shipping oversized large items. 

Missing items :

If an item does not arrive in the allocated time please contact us immediately. We will trace the item and try to find any information on why it has not arrived. If the item has gone missing we will offer a refund ( or replacement ) when available.

Bank Holidays /Holidays :

Often during bank holidays delays may occur. This may slow services down. If you have any questions please contact us at [email protected]

If you wish for your product to be insured then these are the extra charges from the Royal mail.

  • Shipping, Handling and Insurance fees are not negotiable.
  • No direct collection service provided.
  • We do NOT bear any customs duties.
  • We ONLY ship the item to order address. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address

Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, Amex, and Switch or Visa/Delta) payment can be accepted
ONLY through PayPal (You don't need a PayPal account)
Other payment methods (Bank transfer, Cheque, etc.) are acceptable

Returns Policy

Is there a time limit on refunds?

Refunds must be requested within seven days of item arrival.

We require every customer to complete a Fitnesshealth RMA Form (Return of Merchandise Authorization)  Before any refund or replacement is grated. This can be downloaded from our website or will be sent in an email to the customer on request.

All items must be returned to Fitnesshealth with an RMA.
We advise buyers to obtain proof of postage when returning products to us in case of mis-delivery.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original P+P costs after 7 days after delivery.

Except in the case of faulty or incorrect items Fitnesshealth Ltd will cover postage costs.
