About Fitness Health

Fitnesshealth Ltd was founded in 2011 by Rene Harwood. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years in all different sectors ranging from outdoor fitness groups, sports teams and personal clients. Being a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Professional Chef, Rene has gained experience as a head chef of kitchens in the ski fields of New Zealand and gained valuable experience as a fitness instructor for British Military Fitness. 

The company originally specialised in speed training and outdoor training and then branched out into Health Food Supplements. You will see that the RapidSports range of fitness products primary focus on speed and outdoor training, whilst the FitnessHealth range is primarily made up of Health Food Supplements. 

All products are tested in house at our warehouse so that you can be sure that you receive quality products. We guarantee you can be sure that you receive these at the best available prices.

A lot of people associate being fit with being muscular and having a perfect body. I think that it is much more important that we feel healthy and enjoy the experience of getting fit in a way that suits us best. Many people make the mistake of thinking that if they don’t have a washboard stomach or they don’t have bulging muscles that they cannot enjoy being fit.
