Fitnesshealth Ltd was funded in 2011 by Rene' Harwood. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years in all different sectors ranging from outdoor fitness groups, sports teams and personal clients. Being a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Professional Chef.  Rene has gained experience as a head chef of kitchens in the ski fields of New Zealand and gained valuable experience as a fitness instructor for British Military Fitness.

A lot of people associate being fit with being muscular and having a perfect body. I think that it is much more important that we feel healthy and enjoy the experience of getting fit in a way that suits us best. Many people make the mistake of thinking that if they don’t have a washboard stomach or they don’t have bulging muscles that they cannot enjoy being fit. But fitness is a feeling that everyone can enjoy. I want to share my knowledge with everyone, and  try and help people understand why fitness and health is important.
