Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom, except US orders which are dispatched domestically from within the US. Delivery times, taxes, and import charges depend on the destination country’s regulations.

Do you offer free UK shipping?

Yes. Shipping is FREE on all UK orders.

How are UK orders under £10 shipped?

UK orders under £10 are sent using Royal Mail Standard Large Letter (LL).

This service is not fully tracked and is only confirmed once delivered.

Are UK orders tracked?

  • Orders under £10: Delivery confirmation only (no live tracking)

  • Orders £10 and over: Sent using a tracked service

How long do UK orders take?

UK deliveries typically take 2 - 4 working days if using a standard service.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after this time are usually dispatched the next working day.

Are expedited shipping options available?

Yes. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your delivery location.

Available services, delivery times, and prices vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally from the UK using tracked services.

EU SHIPPING & VAT

How much is EU shipping?

Tracked EU shipping costs:

  • £9.95 on orders up to £39.99

  • £7.99 on orders between £40–£74.99

  • FREE on orders £100+

Will I pay VAT on EU orders?

Orders €150 and under

  • VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme

  • No additional charges on delivery

Orders over €150

  • VAT, customs duties, and handling fees are payable on delivery

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Do you ship to the United States?

We do not ship any of our UK based products to the US, we do however have an excellent selection of FDA approved products which are available in the US. 

If you are in the US the clever internet should have automatically selected only products which are FDA approved. 

You can double check this by making sure your country is set to the US. 

Will I pay duties or taxes on US orders?

No. Our US available products are manufactured and shipped in the US so no duties are payable.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Will I pay duties or taxes on international orders?

Yes. Any import taxes, duties, customs fees, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not cover any additional charges.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid charges, return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
