WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A SUBSCRIPTION?

We don’t like to call it a “Subscription”, we see it more like a “friend with benefits”, who places your order for you AND saves you money …. Putting it simply, it’s a way of making sure your supps arrive before you run out! 

  • NO minimum contract

  • NO upfront payment

  • Discounted prices 

  • NO having to remember to order!

Soooo what’s not to like?! 

What discount do subscribers get?

  • Subscribers receive a discount on every order, ranging from 5% to 20% - the exact savings are shown on each product page when you select the subscription option. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and on every renewal.

Can I pause my subscription?

  • Yes. Simply log in to your account using the email you originally placed your order with, then go to ‘Manage Subscription’ on the right hand side, then click ‘Pause Subscription’ on the appropriate product.

Can I swap a product?

  • Yes, login as described above then find the current subscription product you wish to change from.  Click on ‘See more details’. Click on the little ‘swap product’ option, a list of products and a search option will pop up. Choose your product you would like to swap to and follow the instructions!

Can I add a product to my existing subscription?

  • Yes. Follow the instructions above upto choosing the ‘See more details’ option. Then scroll down to see a selection of products which you can add to your subscription and follow the prompts.

Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

  • Yes, yes and yes! Go to ‘Manage Subscription’ in your account on the right hand side. Select ‘See more details’ on the corresponding product, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find options to change the frequency, skip an order, reschedule an order or ship an order before the date it is due.

I have too many / not enough pills, why?

  • Some of our supps have a recommended dosage of 1-2 a day, so we usually set our subscription times on the higher dosage so that you don't run out. If you find that you are taking 1 a day rather than 2 you can edit the frequency of your delivery so that you get them less often. if you find you are running out early again you can change the frequency to more often. Simply follow the instructions in the paragraph above entitled "Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?"


I have 2 subscriptions, can I merge them so they are delivered together? 

  • Yes, so long as the delivery frequency is the same, select ‘Merge Contract’ on one of the products then choose which one you would like to merge from the drop down menu. If they are different delivery frequencies you can follow the instructions on changing your delivery frequency below before merging.

When will I be charged? 

  • You'll be charged automatically on your renewal date based on the frequency you selected. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so you have time to make changes. Your first charge occurs at the time of your initial order.

Do I have to give notice to cancel my subscription?

  • Yes, you would need to make sure your subscription is cancelled within 24 hours of the renewal date in order to make sure it isn’t dispatched from our extremely efficient warehouse :) You can do this by logging in and choosing the ‘Cancel Subscription’ option on the product.

How do I reactivate my account?

  • Log in as above and choose the ‘Resume Subscription’ option on the appropriate product.

How do I change my payment details?

  • Go to ‘Manage Subscription’ in your account, then go to ‘See more details’ on the product. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see ‘edit’ on the payment details section.
