What benefits we can gain from exercising with cardiovascular training.

The cardiovascular system is heart and all the connected blood vessels.

Exercising using a cardiovascular training would have a number of positive affects on the body.  The first and foremost benefit we can gain from exercising with cardiovascular fitness would be by improving the ability and efficiency of heart and lung organs. Exercising regularly with cardio fitness would improve the cardiovascular system, it would help by increasing the amount of oxygen in our blood. When you improve your oxygen system within the body you can increase muscle reaction, strength and ability.

Cardiovascular improvement for the skeletal system.

The skeletal system can be strengthened with weight-bearing activities such as long distance running and jogging. This can not only assist in reducing the risk for developing osteoporosis later in life. Also has been proven to help slow down the progress of diseases.

Cardio fitness increase will decrease the risks of hypo kinetic disease

Hypo= Low Kinetic= Movement

Cardiovascular fitness is ideal for weight loss as it increases our BMI (body mass index), Many endurance athletes regularly consume between 3,000-5,000 calories per day and remain extremely lean. Cardiovascular training, when combined with a sensible diet, will definitely promote an increase in lean body tissue and a decrease in body fat percentage.
