Body Stretching

 

Stretching can benefit our body muscles and is important for many reasons. It's important to prepare your body before any fitness session and physical workout. Normally need to stretch three times in one session; before, during and after.

The two most common stretches people are aware of are pre-stretching and post-stretching .

  • Pre = before
  • post = after
  • Stretching before activity and sport prevents injuries, increase blood flow and circulation.
  • Stretching the whole body before and after sporting activities can be common.

Pre stretch, during warm up always try to keep your body moving as this helps your muscles keep warm , loose and active. Preparing our body to embrace physical exercise.

Post stretching, can be done in a static position, once you've completed your cooling down process post your exercise. Stretching exercises and postures used in yoga and Pilate's are great examples of stretching for muscle definition and toning.

Dynamic stretching 

Dynamic stretching is the key element of every exercises routine, for the last twelve years doctors and fitness professors have been researching the best practise to prepare your body for exercise.

Stretching reduces the risk of injury during and after your workout, it's essential for people whom are new to fitness.

Preparing the muscles for exercise is the same as a preparing your vegetables for cooking. If you don't prepare your body or vegetable your outcome is going to be bad.
