International Shipping

All international orders are shipped using PostNL Tracked service. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Europe: 5-7 days
• North America: 7-13 days
• Asia: 10-17 days
• South America: 14-20 days
• Other Worldwide: 20+ days

Returns Policy

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of item receipt.

To process a refund or replacement, you must complete a Fitness Health RMA Form (Return Merchandise Authorization). This form can be downloaded from our website or requested via email.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned with an RMA.
• We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable after 14 days, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
