Services we use:

2-3 Working Days
We offer FREE shipping on all letterbox sized packages. These will be dispatched the same day on all orders received by 1pm and sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail.  The item should arrive within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.


2-3 Working Days
For items larger than letterbox size we normally use Royal Mail 48.  These will be dispatched the same day on all orders received by 1pm.  The customer will receive a notification once the item has been shipped. The item should arrive within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 48 / UK Tracked 48 up to 20kg: £4.99

Tracked 48 Services will be dispatched on the day of purchase before 1pm. Anytime after this it will move on to the following day. Orders should be received within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. 


Royal Mail 24 / UK Tracked 24 up to 20kg: £6.99 

This service is shipped out on the day of purchase before 1pm. The items should be received within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. 


Next day - Tracked {DPD} 

This service is shipped out on the day of purchase before 1pm. These items should arrive next working day. We use DPD UK. 


Overseas International orders :

All international orders are now shipped with PostNL Tracked service

North America 7-13 days

Asia 10 -17 days

South America 14-20 days 

Other Worldwide 20 days

Oversized items like treadmills/benches/rowers etc will not be offered under our shipping services on the website these services vary to location. Please send an email to to check availability of items and prices for shipping oversized large items. 

Missing items :

If an item does not arrive in the allocated time please contact us immediately. We will trace the item and try to find any information on why it has not arrived. If the item has gone missing we will offer a refund ( or replacement ) when available.

Bank Holidays /Holidays :

Often during bank holidays delays may occur. This may slow services down. If you have any questions please contact us at

If you wish for your product to be insured then these are the extra charges from the Royal mail.

  • Shipping, Handling and Insurance fees are not negotiable.
  • No direct collection service provided.
  • We do NOT bear any customs duties.
  • We ONLY ship the item to order address. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address

Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, Amex, and Switch or Visa/Delta) payment can be accepted
ONLY through PayPal (You don't need a PayPal account)
Other payment methods (Bank transfer, Cheque, etc.) are acceptable

Returns Policy

Is there a time limit on refunds?

Refunds must be requested within seven days of item arrival.

We require every customer to complete a Fitnesshealth RMA Form (Return of Merchandise Authorization)  Before any refund or replacement is grated. This can be downloaded from our website or will be sent in an email to the customer on request.

All items must be returned to Fitnesshealth with an RMA.
We advise buyers to obtain proof of postage when returning products to us in case of mis-delivery.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original P+P costs after 7 days after delivery.

Except in the case of faulty or incorrect items Fitnesshealth Ltd will cover postage costs.
