How long does delivery take?
United Kingdom: FREE on all orders — 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or Evri Tracked.
United States: 2–4 days. FREE on orders over $50, otherwise $4.50 standard.
European Union: 5–7 working days. FREE on orders over £100.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be sent to our UK address. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide from our UK warehouse. US orders are fulfilled domestically. Import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. See our shipping policy for full rates by region.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified.
Are your products safe?
All Fitness Health products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities. Our UK products are made in the UK to strict quality standards. US products are FDA-compliant and manufactured domestically. Each product undergoes rigorous testing for purity and potency.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe to your favourite products and receive them automatically at a frequency you choose (every 30, 60 or 90 days). You'll save on every order compared to one-time purchases, and you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your account and navigate to your subscriptions. From there you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Swap products
- Update your payment method
- Change your shipping address
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can pause or cancel at any time from your account with no fees or penalties. If you pause, no orders will be placed until you resume. Cancellations take effect immediately.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged automatically on your renewal date based on the frequency you selected. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so you have time to make changes. Your first charge occurs at the time of your initial order.
What discount do subscribers get?
Subscribers receive a discount on every order — the exact savings are shown on each product page when you select the subscription option. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and on every renewal.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes — you can swap products, add new items, or remove items from your subscription at any time through your account. Changes will apply to your next scheduled delivery.
