Suggested Use:

Easy To Swallow Fibre Supplement Capsules

Fibre Pro Capsules - Inulin Powder Husk Powder Digestive System Supplement 60 Capsules.Everyone knows the benefits of having a fibre rich diet but not everyone enjoys the foods that provide essential dietary fibre.My wife is one of those people.Getting her to eat foods that contain plenty of dietary fibre is a nightmare!So these fibre supplements are a great way to at least get her on the path to getting some fibre in to her system.The capsules are easy to swallow and contain Inulin powder which has several known health aiding properties as well as providing essential dietary fibre.You get a 60 day supply of capsules in a resealable bag, which is enough for a couple of months.Obviously supplements such as these shouldn’t be used solely to provide your body with nutrients but are a perfect way to top up where you’re maybe lacking.It’s too soon to say how much these are adding to my wife’s dietary fibre intake and the benefits associated but she has become a bit more “regular” in the mornings, if you get my meaning.She has also noticed her occasional IBS flare-ups have become less frequent, so the initial signs are good, for her at least.

I have been taking 3 Fibre Pro capsules every day for a year now as part of my probiotic routine. No powders to mix, no messy drinks. They are one of the very few that contain inulin, the food for the good bacteria. My stool is daily, consistent and easy to pass (TMI?) They are an excellent investment in good health.
