  1. Seasoned

The most easiest way to eat and enjoy avocados is by sprinkling a pinch of salt and pepper on them. One can also try other seasonings and spices like for example, paprika, cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. A fast and easy way to season an avocado is to cut it into little bits and pieces and trickle it with a few drops of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt.

If one is looking for a more nutritious morning meal, one should try including avocados into their breakfast. One can stuff half an avocado with eggs for example.
