Eggs are the perfect protein provider, low in fat and rich in vitamin A, Low in calories and very economical.

Eggs contain high traces of B vitamins - B1,B2,B6 and B12

Eggs contain all of the amino acids, which help with muscular building and aid with the reviving of the muscle.

Recently research from Canadian scientists found abnormal high levels of two amino acids - tryptophan and tyrosine. Both these amnio acids are rich in antioxidants are best know for their disease fighting abilities.
