Great resistance band bicep workout
Exercise with resistance bands, this bicep workout is ideal for building strength and great at helping you get to grips with your fitness bands. This workout is aimed at increasing and simulating the bicep muscle.
During this workout we use a isometric workout routine, with isometric holds we can gain great strength benefits within the muscles and joints. This exercise routine will strengthen your bicep and forearm muscles whilst also improving your elbow joint strength.
Isometric holds work by stabilising the muscles groups, the opposite muscles contract to hold the body into position a normal strengthening exercise used by gymnasts.
We keep exercising throughout the workout, once we reach 12 reps of 3 sets we repeat and start again without any breaks.
