bulgarian bag compound exercises core and upper body

First exercise with the Bulgarian power bag, really good exercise for working all core muscles to stabilise this movement. I recommend starting with the lower weight bags to get use to the movement for this exercise. These bags are great for plyometric workouts, in the second exercise I complete explosive squats with the bag. These are designed to shape around the shoulders making them idea for all leg exercises and movements made from the standing position.
