Simple 3 Warm Up Exercises

  • Skipping 
  • Knee highs
  • Squats 

This is a easy warm up you can do pre workout at home, in the gym or outside. This warm up is ideal for leg day, as most of the movements in exercises focus on the lower body muscles.

A skipping rope is the only piece of equipment required for this warm up. Try to keep it active throughout, its important that you maintain motivation to keep your muscles warm during the warm up phase.
