No equipment needed 

Duration - 45min 

Target - Increase cardio fitness, core, lower and upper body training 

Fitness level - intermediate - advanced 

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout. 

 

Workout 3:
Circuit 1:  Repeat 4 times Duration Rest
1A.Sprint 45secs 15secs
1B.Hand Release Pushups 45secs 20secs
1C.Half Crunches 1min 20secs
Circuit 2: Repeat 4 times Duration Rest
2A.Jumping Jacks 1min 15secs
2B.Ab Bicycle  45secs 20secs
2C.Tricep Dips  45secs 15secs 

 

Do for 45secs, rest 15secs, follow by 1B

Do for 45secs, rest 20secs, follow by 1C

Rest 3mins between Circuit 1 and Circuit 2
