Duration - 20 min - ( + 5 minutes warm up and cool down ) 

Target - Increase cardio fitness, core and total body training 

Fitness level - Advanced 

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout.

3-KettleBell Push Press 30secs NA
4-Dumbbell Rows 10 reps 1min
