METCON Training workout 1 Total Body

Duration - 30min 

Target - Increase cardio fitness, core,  lower and upper body training 

Fitness level - intermediate - advanced 

Please warm up before and cool down after any workout.

Exercise: 5 Rounds Reps/Time Rest
1-Air Squats 15 reps NA
2-Pushups 10 reps NA
3-Pullups 5 reps NA
4-Crunches 10 reps 3mins
