The best way for you to stretch is to lay down on a clean and completely flat surface and then stretch yourself. Make sure that you are holding your stretches fro about 20 to 30 seconds only, so that your muscles can easily loosen up. Now make sure to repeat the entire process again and again for at least 5 to 10 times to experience an improvement in your back pain. However, if you are already suffering from neck or lower back pain then it is advisable to get yourself checked by a physician or a physical therapist. Discuss your pain areas and you might find out some exercises that would be most suitable for you.

This will help in reducing your back pain and will make it a lot easier for you to go on about your life as well.
