225g pieces of beef sirloin contains about 26 grams of protein.

Pork 

The amount of protein in pork depends on the cut. Ground pork, for instance, has about 24 grams of protein per serving. Pork chops contain about 26 grams, while a pork chop cutlet provides 32 grams.

Chicken

There is about 27grams of protein in 1 breast of fried chicken.(200 grams)

Fish 

143g of Fish contains 18 grams of protein

Eggs 

Eggs whites are a good source of protein.  An egg contains 6 grams of protein.

Tofu 

Tofu has a high content of protein (1/2 cup) 100g tofu = 8 grams protein

Nuts

Nuts (mixed dried) 100 grams = 20 grams protein 

Seeds

Mixed seeds100 grams = 30 grams protein

Beans 

Pinto Beans mixed 100 grams = 21 grams protein 

 

Protein-rich fruits
