Healthy Edamame High Protein Snack

 

Edamame is a healthy natural soy snack from Japanese origin. Edamame are in fact boiled green soy beans, but don't let this put you off as these beans are amazing with a sprinkling of garlic or chili salt. These beans are a great snack option or appetizer before any meal.
