- Sleep. When you are tired, you tend to make poorer food choices. So, get your 7-9 recommended hours per night and you’ll find it easier to stick to a healthy eating lifestyle.
- Move. The more you move your body, the more calories you burn. Aim to add exercise into your day by pacing when you are on the phone, tapping your foot while sitting at your desk, and walking to your neighbor’s house instead of calling. It all adds up.
- Laugh. Laughing is not only good for you mentally, but it is good for you physically as well. Just as breathing releases your stress, so too does chuckling at something funny so find regular reasons to giggle.
- Read. The more you understand nutrition and exercise, the better your food choices. Research the latest findings online or pick up an actual book and see what information you can locate.
Now, all you have to do is just breathe, eat, sleep, move, laugh, and read and you will be on your way to a thinner body. It really doesn’t get any easier than this, does it?
