  • 200g almond flour
  • 100g Flax seed - finely ground 
  • 100 grams Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 200g egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 50g apple cider vinegar 
  • 350g boiling water 




Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius .

 Using a small metal loaf tin with baking spray the inner tin with oil. Heat a kettle of water to a boil.

Using a large mixing bowl place them on the scales, add the 200g of almond flour into the bowl with the 100g  flax seed into the bowl.

Add 100 grams of psyllium powder into the bowl, then add the salt and baking powder. Remove the bowl from the scale and mix the ingredients.

Put a smaller bowl add the 200g egg whites into the bowl and the  50g gram of cider vinegar. Mix together for about 20 seconds 

Add the contents of the egg white and vinegar to the dry mix, place in food mixer and mix at high speed for 10 seconds only for binding be careful not to over mix,

Once bound place on the mixer and add the boiling water mix for a further 10-15 seconds then remove from bowl gently then place in tin and cook in preheat oven for 70-80 minutes
