Best Pills for Fat Loss

Supermarket and health food stores have shelves upon shelves full of diet pills and fat loss aids, so how do you know which ones are good for you and which ones are scams? After all, they can be rather costly so you want to make sure you get what you pay for, right?

Whether you’re looking to lose just a little bit or a lot of weight, here are three supplements that you’ll want to consider purchasing:

Calcium

Although commonly thought of as a nutrient that is strictly for strong bones and teeth, calcium actually helps you lose your extra fat while preserving the one thing that will help you speed up your weight loss – muscle. Research confirms that people who get more calcium in their diet tend to lose more weight than those who don’t. Aim for 1,000 milligrams per day for the greatest fat loss effect.

Green Tea Extract

This particular fat loss pill has many benefits that extend far beyond just losing weight. It has also been found to improve your focus and increase your energy, as well as protect you from some pretty serious diseases like heart disease, and various stomach related disorders. The recommended daily dosage varies, but 280 milligrams is about the median (which is equivalent to drinking three cups of green tea).

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) – CLA is found naturally in certain foods like red meats and dairy products, but studies suggest that taking a supplement to increase your dosage (to just over 3 grams per day) is perhaps one of the best ways to ensure that you lose weight. The one disclaimer to this supplement is that it may affect your cholesterol levels so you’re going to want to discuss it with your doctor first so that your overall health doesn’t suffer as a result.

Taking a diet pill may make your weight loss journey shorter and faster. This is one case where it is always good to arrive early!
