Spring onion and cheddar potato bakes
- 4 large Baked Potatoes
- 100g cheddar cheese grated
- 3 Spring onions Sliced
- 1 tbsp French mustard
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Seasoning Salt and Pepper
- First bake your potatoes until soft. Then once cooked slice in half and hollow out centre of each potato placing into a large bowl, combine with the butter, cheese, mustard and seasoning then mix well.
- With your potato and cheese filling fill the potato skins with your mix then place under the grill for 6 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion then serve.
