Spring onion and cheddar potato bakes




  • 4 large Baked Potatoes
  • 100g cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 Spring onions Sliced
  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Seasoning Salt and Pepper


  1. First bake your potatoes until soft. Then once cooked slice in half and hollow out centre of each potato placing into a large bowl, combine with the butter, cheese, mustard and seasoning then mix well.
  2. With your potato and cheese filling fill the potato skins with your mix then place under the grill for 6 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion then serve.
