Best Exercises for Fast Fat Burning

 

It is very difficult to burn fat at a faster rate but certainly it is not impossible. To burn fat
fast, you got to have a strict exercising regime along with a low fat and a low calorie diet.
You need to do the right exercise for burning the fat at a faster rate.

Ø Squatting – Do three sets of squatting. Each set should be done ten times.

Ø Bench Press – Do three sets of bench press. Each set should be done eight times.

Ø Leg Press Calf-Raises – Do two sets of leg press calf raises. Each set should be done
eight times.

Ø Military Press – Do three sets of military press. Each set should be done eight times.

Ø Dead lifts – Do two sets of dead lifts. Each set should be done six times.

Ø Barbell Rows – Do three sets of barbell rows. Each set should be done eight times.

Ø Dips – Do three sets of dips. Each set should be done eight times.

Ø Hammer Curls – Do three sets of hammer curls. Each set should be done eight times.

Ø Incline Dumbbell Press – Do three sets of incline dumbbell press. Each set should be
done eight times.

Ø Seated Calf Raises – Do two sets of seated calf raises. Each set should be done eight
times.

times.

should be done eight times.

Ø Wide Grip Pull downs – Do three sets of wide grip pull downs. Each set should be
done 7 times.

Ø Dumbbell Military Press – Do three sets of dumbbell military press. Each set should
be done eight times.
