Rice Noodle Broth Fitness Health Food

  •  50g Rice noodles
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 handful of peanuts
  • 1 carrot 1/2 grated 
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 handful fresh washed bean sprouts
  • 1 fresh Seeded  chili
  • 1 tsp sugar


  • Place a large sauce pan with 2 litres of water on high heat. When water starts boiling add the vegetable stock powder or cube. Stir in well and boil for 2 minutes before adding oil, chili, garlic, ginger, onions & carrots fry for 3 minutes keep moving
  • add soy and lemon juice to pan then add sugar. Cook for a further minute until all sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the bean sprouts and peanuts at the end and serve hot.
