Leg kinetic resistance band exercises
This exercise is ideal strengthening your stride and get the correct balance before moving on to the speed sprints. I recommend you complete these steps before moving into the speed sprints. Here you can work on getting the technique and resistance correct before your speed training session.
Kinetic Band Sprint Steps
1. Stand with your feet parallel facing forwards, shoulder width apart .
2. Place weight onto right leg then push forward your left knee to your chest then bring foot to floor. then repeat this on other leg. Work arms with movement.
Slow movement for balance and strengthening the muscle, fast for explosive speed increase.
