Posture training is a vital key for lifting heavy weights. It’s important to maintain good posture throughout every exercise as it can reduce the risk of injury and help correct your balance. Good posture controls our balance, balance controls our body’s ability to carry, run, jump, walk, push, bend and reach all are very important movements for the human body.
