New research focusing on mental and physical development training has proven to be effective.

If you want to improve your game and get maximum benefit then you need to start training. But this time not on the field or gym but in your mind. Talk training has been prove to improve accuracy, consentraction and skill.

The research spilt a group in half and completed a exercise training session, with one group focusing on talking with training and the without. The outcome was surprising they found that the short sentences worked more effectively with strength, control and overall performance.

By identifying your weaknesses, you can focus on improvement.
