Also have been shown to help lower blood pressure and improve cardiovascular diesases.

Beetroot contains Vitamin C, sodium, magnesium and potassium. All these vitamins & minerals can help increase energy and body movement.

Beetroot salad recipe 

Try wrapping your fresh raw beetroot in foil, place it in the oven at 185 c for 50 minutes.Remove from foil and place with walnuts, figs, green beans and goats cheese.
