Avocados have a calorie fat content of 75%, this is mono unsaturated fat, this fat is the best of all fats. Increasing this mono unsaturated fats help lower cholesterol which reduces the risk of heart disease.

Avocados nautrally help lower your cholesterol, an avocado contains oliec acid which an natural acid that lowers cholesterol. Oliec acid helps raise levels of HDLs (high-density lipoproteins) while reducing LDLs (low-density lipoproteins)  also know as bad cholesterol.

I use well ripened avocados the same way I use butter, it tastes amazing when spread on a salad sandwich or across wholemeal toasted bread.

Also amazing in salads with fresh mixed vegetables and a sprinkle of seeds.

Avocados are natural mouth soothers and can neutralize hot foods. For example if you eat a hot chili pepper you can eat avocado straight after and it will remove the heat from the chili.
