If you find it hard to do normal push ups try using the technique below.
Always use a pillow or cushion to support your knees whilst exercising.
Directions for this exercise.
1. Place hands shoulder width apart on the floor, and rest knees on soft surface. Form a straight line with your upper body, neck and head, keep this position throughout exercise.
2. Lower your body towards the floor, maintain controlled movement bending your elbows.
3. When you get 1-2 inches from floor straighten arms and return to starting position. Remember good breathing techniques when exercising, deep breath in on decline and deep breath out on incline.
