If you find it hard to do normal push ups try using the technique below.Always use a pillow or cushion to support your knees whilst exercising.Directions for this exercise.1. Place hands shoulder width apart on the floor, and rest knees on soft surface. Form a straight line with your upper body, neck and head, keep this position throughout exercise.2. Lower your body towards the floor, maintain controlled movement bending your elbows.3. When you get 1-2 inches from floor straighten arms and return to starting position. Remember good breathing techniques when exercising, deep breath in on decline and deep breath out on incline.
