Resistance band arm pull down with twist

This is an advanced resistance band pull down technique, the key pointers when completing this exercise are;
1.Start in a kneeling position with one foot out in front , grasp foam handles with each  hand.
2.Bend at your elbow, keep in line with body position pull down towards knee, whilst pulling turn your forearm inwards so than the palm faces you.

3. Pause momentarily slowly lower back to the starting position turning your forearm back to starting position.
