Laying tube exercise upper back row

This exercise is made from the laying position, focuses on the upper back muscles.

Make sure you grasp the resistance band handles and dont let go when at full tension,  lift your body and loosen tension when finishing exercise.

1. Sit on the floor, grasp handles move back into the laying position, keeping a nice bend with your knees.

2.Pull the bands back to chest with a good balanced movement.
